Snooki’s Weight Loss Secrets And How You Can Do The Same With Kettlebell Workouts

Many fans of Jersey Shore are wondering how Snooki slimmed down.

Those who watch the MTV show Jersey Shore have surely noticed the weight that star Snooki has lost. This has left many fans wondering how the Snooki weight loss was achieved.

Snooki’s weight loss has been so dramatic that various terms with the words Snooki and slim down have been trending on the Internet for months. “Snooki thin”, “98 pound Snooki” and “Snookis weight loss” have all been trending. Snooki is a hot topic since her weight loss.

As anyone who has seen Snooki on her show or on interviews knows, Snooki is not secretive. She is one to tell it like it is and not hide anything. This includes the information on how she reached her 98 pound goal weight. Snooki credits Zantrex-3, which is a diet pill, with helping her reach her goal and while that might be bias due to her being sponsored by them we know that all throughout the last season of Jersey Shore she was working out almost every episode. So I’d say that while the supplement must have helped, so did her diet, and it’s the workouts doing the heavy lifting. And of course what better workouts to do than kettlebell workouts for fat loss.

The star began talking about this in the fall of 2011. This was when she and the cast were filming in Italy. At the time she had lost close to 20 pounds. Snooki who is under 5 feet tall knows that she has to watch her weight as even a couple of extra pounds looks like much more on someone so short.

Snooki herself spoke to the Star about her decision to take the diet pills. She stated the need for something that would help give her the energy she needed to work out more. Keyword workout. Sources say that Snooki was tired of reading about her weight in blogs. However, she is quick to say that others opinions of her are not what led her to lose the weight. She did it for herself, not to please anyone else.

Now my personal opinion is that anyone can achieve similar if not better results with a simple kettlebell workout. So I’m going to show you guys a stupidly simple workout that can be done with only 1 kettlebell that’s guaranteed to melt fat off anyone who does it at least 3 times a week (in combination with a healthy diet of course).

Here we go:

30 swings (2 armed)

30 (one arm switching every 15)

Run 1 lap (400 meters)

1 minute active rest (Ex: Jumping jacks, walking)

 

And that’s it. Literally that’s it. Just keep increasing the weight of the kettlebell as this gets easier and keep increasing the speed at which you Run that 400 meters. I’d start this off with 3 times a week and progress from there. You can also add more total rounds as you get in better shape. That, combined with a good diet, and perhaps even the help of Zantrex will melt the fat off of any one with a pulse so long as it’s done consistently and religiously.
